They have acquired or established and operated entities in China & Asia Pacific that design, procure, manufacture, sell and service equipment. The span of products is broad ranging from consumer electronics to printers to commercial and professional equipments and parts that serve the Chinese & Asia Pacific and export markets.
We have a network of executive level professionals from the equipment sector with suitable language skills plus supporting professionals from the legal, governmental and banking sectors. This group forms a partnership with our client’s staff to establish a project team and manage the projects with the customer.
Pan-Asia welcomes inquiries regarding the process to move from the corporate strategic decision on expansion into Greater China & Asia Pacific through to the establishment of an entity and subsequent operation.
Pan-Asia Consulting also offers both confidential and overt assessment of an existing entity including key personnel, procurement, performance measures and auditing. Following recommendations presented to the executive management of the corporate parent, corrective action plans are developed and implemented.
