The Proposal is divided into Phases, typically :

• Phase 3 - Completion of Development, Supply and/or Distribution/Sales Contracts
• Phase 4 – Operations, make-good and corrective action as required
Each Phase represents increasing commitment by our client with attendant increases in risk and investment of both financial and human capital. Phase completion requires deliverables which constitute the basis for an overt executive management decision to authorize the next Phase. A Phase completion documentation package will be prepared and presented for management consideration.
